Thanks for stopping by! I’m Sophia — an Ohio-born, California-raised, Brooklyn-based actress and standup comedian. I’ve built my career on telling stories that live in the overlap of messy and meaningful, the kind that make you laugh one minute and feel something deeper the next. Whether I’m on stage, behind the mic, or in therapy, my work is about finding humor in chaos and humanity in the punchline.

When I’m not performing, I work as a Bar Mitzvah tutor, which means I spend just as much time helping 12 and 13-year-olds find their voice as I do finding my own.
